Electronic Payments:

Customers will receive a quarterly bill, as usual, informing them of the amount owed. Payment is automatically deducted from your checking or savings account on the due date. This convenient payment option is available at no cost to the customer. This service will relieve you of the hassle of writing checks and making sure your payment is received on time.
To sign up for this service, DOWNLOAD and print the authorization agreement, complete the shaded portion of the form below and return to:
Darboy Sanitary District, N398 County Rd N, Appleton, WI 54915 along with a VOIDED CHECK.
Payment Due Date:
Payments must be received in the office by the 20th of the month. Payments received after the 20th of the month are subject to late payment charges in the amount of 1% per month on the outstanding balance. Late payment charges cannot be waived. These terms are regulated by the Public Service Commission (PSC).
